In most cases, you will receive a separate bill from your long distance carrier and your local exchange carrier (LEC).
Your bill may have Federal, State and Local taxes or other regulatory fees such as the Universal Service Fund. These fees are required by governmental agencies.
Most of our billing plans are rounded to the next full minute.
You may be assessed a fee to change your long distance carrier. You are responsible for this charge, which typically costs between $3 and $10 per line.
